Gail India Board to consider Interim Dividend

Gail India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposal of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, the interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07, if approved by the Board, is proposed to be paid from December 29, 2006.
