Allied Digital Promoter transfers 90000 shares to Padma Pragna Trust

Allied Digital Services Ltd has announced that Mr. Nitin Shah and Mr. Prakash Shah, Directors of the Company have transferred 90,000 equity shares each of the Company to the "Padma Pragna Trust" under the management of the Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship Services Ltd without any monetary consideration as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility program for the Company through the "Padma Pragna Trust". The trust has been formed for the purpose of social and philanthropic work and will form part of the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.370, down by Rs.8.55 or 2.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.373.70 and low of Rs.359.65.

The total traded quantity was 32210 compared to 2 week average of 75625.
