Kotawala India to consider expansion plant, name change

Kotawala India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2006, inter alia, to consider and discuss the following:

1. To take appropriate decision for the future expansion plan of the Company in the Domestic and International Tourism.

2. To take appropriate decision for the chain, of Cafe's in the major cities in India and abroad.

3. To take appropriate decision about the Change of Name of the Company.
