Responsive Industries to consider allotment of shares on Jun 08, 2009

Responsive Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 08, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of balance 28,50,000 (Twenty Eight Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) Equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to the shareholders of Responsive Polymers International Ltd (RPIL) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of RPIL with the Company after increase of the Authorised Share Capital of the Company at the EOGM held May 28, 2009 by reclassifying the existing Authorised Preference Share Capital into Equity Share Capital.
