Rico Auto to consider raising funds on May 30, 2009

Rico Auto Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2009, inter-alia, to consider the raising of funds through issue of Convertible Warrants on preferential basis, to the Promoter Group, in terms of SEBI Guidelines.
