Dish TV to consider fund raising proposal on May 28, 2009

Dish TV India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider a proposal for fund raising through issue appropriate securities subject to appropriate approvals.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.80, up by Rs.2.75 or 6.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.20 and low of Rs.39.55.

The total traded quantity was 5592841 compared to 2 week average of 5671917.
