Prraneta Industries allots 64 lakh shares

Prraneta Industries Ltd has announced that the allottee Emoi Garments Pvt. Ltd which has been allotted 64,00,000 shares, the said Company is brought into Promoters/Promoters Group, category from this preferential issue onwards.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.60, up by Rs.0.09 or 2%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.73 and low of Rs.4.29.

The total traded quantity was 51147 compared to 2 week average of 157040.
