Intense Technologies to consider preferential issue on Apr 20, 2009

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2009, inter alia, to consider the further issue as per Chapter XIII of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000.
