Shree Ram Mills to change name as Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd

Shree Ram Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 22, 2006 have unanimously passed the resolution for change of name of the Company from "Shree Ram Mills Ltd" to "Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd" through Postal Ballot.
