Dhanuka Pesticides to change name as Dhanuka Agritech Ltd

Dhanuka Pesticides Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 12, 2006 has decided to call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on November 11, 2006 for getting approval of shareholders for:

1. Change in name of the Company from Dhanuka Pesticides Ltd to Dhanuka Agritech Ltd.

2. Change Memorandum of Association.

3. Change Articles of Association.
