Hazoor Media to consider change of name

Hazoor Media & Power Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2006, inter alia, will also to consider the Change in the name of the Company to appropriately reflect the multi project activities of the Company i.e. Media, Power and Real Estate.
