MSK Projects Board recommends 10% dividend

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006,inter alia, has transected the following:

1. Recommended final dividend of 10% on the equity share capital for the year 2005-06.

2. Adopted Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2006.

3. Fixed that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on December 14, 2006.
