Setco Automotive Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2006, for considering the following:

1. Audited Accounts for the half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Acquisition of a manufacturing facility overseas through its subsidiary.

3. To make investment in Company's overseas subsidiary.

4. Interim Dividend.
