Automotive Axles Board recommends dividend

Automotive Axles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.50/- per share for the year 2005-06, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
