Sun TV to consider merger of satellite television broadcasting companies

Sun TV Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposed merger of a Satellite Television Broadcasting Company with the Company.

Note: The Company has now informed that, the words "Satellite Television Broadcasting Company" should be read as "Satellite Television Broadcasting Companies".
