Anant Raj Industries Board to consider amalgamation of companies

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider amalgamation of Companies, engaged in activities, amongst others, in the hospitality sector, construction of infrastructure for Information Technology enabled services and Service apartments, with the Company.
