Himalya International to consider allotment of 5 million warrants on Mar 18, 2009

Himalya International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 18, 2009, inter alia, for allotment of 5 million of warrants to Bennett & Coleman Co. Ltd.

The stock closed on Monday at Rs.12.41, down by Rs.0.55 or 4.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.80 and low of Rs.12.15.
