Rathi Graphic Technologies allots 333000 shares

Rathi Graphic Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2009, inter alia, have allotted 3,33,000 Equity Shares to Alpha Stocks & Finservices Pvt Ltd and 3,50,000 Equity Shares to Shark Packaging (India) Pvt Ltd on conversion of equal number of Convertible Warrants of the Company.
