Karuna Cables to extend payment date for partly paid shares

Karuna Cables Ltd has announced that the Board Meeting was held on July 31, 2006. The agenda of the meeting were (i) Quarterly results for the 1st quarter (ii) Forfeiture of the Partly paid up shares.

About the Forfeiture of the Partly paid up shares, since Company received substantial amount from the shareholders, it has been decided to give one more chance to Shareholder for payment for which reminder have been sent to make payment up to December 31, 2006, as a last chance.
