ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd bags new contract in UP

ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd has bagged a new contract by the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh to provide 140 resources for a period of One (1) year. The total contract value is INR 22497238.61 (Rupees Two crore Twenty-Four lakh Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight and Sixty-One paisa only) inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract is scheduled to commence on February 21, 2026 and shall remain in force until January 20, 2027 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

This contract marks a significant milestone for our Company and reflects the continued trust placed in us by Government agencies.

Shares of ITCONS E-Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 381.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 376.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13600 in over 26 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 392.95 and intraday low of 370.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5201130.00.
