Filatex India to consider redemption of preference shares on Feb 25, 2009

Filatex India Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on February 25, 2009 to consider the early redemption of the outstanding Non Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares issued to IDBI Bank Ltd.
