IEC Education to consider allotment of shares on Feb 17, 2009

IEC Education Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 17, 2009, to issue and allot 32,60,000 equity shares Rs 10/- to the shareholders of erstwhile VEF Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to the approval of the Hon'ble High Court, Delhi approving the merger of VEF Information Systems (P) Ltd. with the Company.
