Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Results for the quarter (Q4) and 12 months ended September 30, 2006.

2. Recommendation for payment of dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2006.
