Bilpower Board to discuss acquisition, delay in commencement of Uttaranchal facility

Bilpower Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 18, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To approve and adopt the acquisition of Power Transformer Company.

2. To consider delay in commencement of activities at Uttranchal.
