Temptation Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on November 11, 2006, has allotted 40,71,600 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, fully paid-up, in the capital of the Company to the following Allottees in respect of which application money of Rs 10/- per share has been received:

1. Venture Business Advisers Pvt Ltd - 40,00,000 No. of Shares

2. Tower Capital & Financial Services Pvt Ltd - 71,600 No. of Shares.
