Mindteck India EGM approves issue of 100000 shares to Embetch Holdings Ltd

Mindteck India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 19, 2009, has considered and approved the issue of 100,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Embetch Holdings Ltd. and 56,863 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Mr. Bassam Jabr, financial investor on preferential basis at a price not lower than the price determined in accordance with the applicable SEBI Guidelines and subject to all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
