Crazy Infotech allots 8000000 shares

Crazy Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 12, 2009, inter alia, has allotted, 80,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each at the price of Rs 4.10/- each (Rupees Four and Paise Ten Only) (based on the letter of consent from the allottee) on swap for acquiring the entires take in M/s. Animantz Creative Animators Pvt. Ltd, to the allottes.
