Lloyds Steel allots 20000000 equity shares to ARCIL

Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2008, allotted 2,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (ARCIL) issued on preferential basis as per approval of the Members obtained through Postal Ballot on December 06, 2008.
