Super Tannery Board approves demerger of unit

Super Tannery India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2006 has accorded in principle approval for the demerger of Unit - 3, Goat Tannery, Leather Technology Park, Banthar, UNNAO, U.P., of the Company and also approved alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by insertion of a sub-clause, under the Objects Incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the Main Objects, allowing the Company to enter into Scheme of Arrangement for the purpose of Amalgamation and / or Demerger.
