Hindalco Industries approves allotment of 473398534 shares

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on October 23, 2008, approved allotment of 47,33,98,534 Equity Shares of face value Re 1 each.

The Stock was trading at Rs.40.15, down by Rs.12.60 or 23.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.75 and low of Rs.40.05.

The total traded quantity was 7611257 compared to 2 week average of 1616236.
