Indo Amines allots 13,36,890 shares

Indo Amines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, has allotted 13,36,890 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each in pursuance of Bombay High Court order dt. August 04, 2006 to the shareholders of both the transferor companies.

Further the Company has informed that Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on December 04, 2006.
