Himalya International allots warrants, FCDs to promoters

Himalya International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2008, inter alia, has issued warrants and fully convertible debentures to promoters.

Under Preferential allotment 4 millions of the Equity Warrants were allotted to the promoters.

Under Preferential allotment 4 millions 12% Fully Convertible Debentures were allotted to the promoters.

The Board Converted 14,40,000 warrants earlier issued into equity shares (about 5%) to the promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.70, up by Rs.1.60 or 9.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.45 and low of Rs.17.70.

The total traded quantity was 16834 compared to 2 week average of 45573.
