Zen Technologies allots 450000 Equity Shares to RJ and Rekha

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on September 26, 2008 have allotted 450,000 equity shares of the Company to Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala : 225,000 and Mrs. Rekha Jhunjhunwala : 225,000 shares consequent to conversion of share warrants issued on January 18, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.144.50, down by Rs.0.95 or 0.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.152.95 and low of Rs.143.50.

The total traded quantity was 3075 compared to 2 week average of 7470.
