Sukhjit Starch Board recommends 42% dividend & 1:1 bonus issue

Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 42% for the year ended March 31, 2006 and also recommended allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
