Travel Food Services Ltd enters into license agreement to operate F&B outlet at Terminal 1 of Bengaluru Airport

Travel Food Services Limited has entered into a License Agreement dated 3rd June, 2026 (digitally signed copy received on 17th June, 2026) with Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) for operating one Food & Beverage (F&B) outlet at Terminal 1, Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.

BIAL has awarded Company the License to operate one F&B outlet at the Airport.

The Company will be operating Food and Beverage (F&B) outlet and payment of license fee, minimum guarantee amount and other charges shall be as per the Agreement.

Shares of Travel Food Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1333.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1315.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1367 in over 154 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1340.00 and intraday low of 1305.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1809522.00.
