Nagarjuna Construction warrants lapse

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that M/s. A V S R Holdings Private Ltd to whom the Company has issued on preferential basis 25,00,000 optionally Convertible Warrants of Rs 217/- in pursuance of the approval accorded by the Members of the Company at the EGM held on February 26, 2007 and in respect of which in-principle approval has been granted by the stock exchanges, has not exercised its right to pay the balance amount and to opt for conversion of the Warrants into Shares within the time stipulated under the preferential issue guidelines. The aforesaid Warrants now stand lapsed.
