Cupid to allot 592400 warrants

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2008, has decided to allot 5,92,400 (Five Lacs Ninety - Two Thousand Four Hundred Only) convertible warrants on preferential basis.
