Neogem India to allot 1565000 warrants

Neogem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2008, inter alia, has considered the allotment of 15,65,000 equity share warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and Independent Investor.
