Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2008, inter alia, has allotted Shares 5,80,800 no's to share holders of erstwhile Teckmen Tools (P) Ltd pursuant to the scheme of arrangement has been approved and requisite Form 2 with ROC filed.
