KS Oils BOard approves 1:1 bonus issue

KS Oils Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved the matter of issuance / allotment of 94,00,000 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. one equity shares for every one equity share held by members / beneficiaries on September 11, 2006 being the record date was fixed by the Board in this regard.
