Arshiya International allots 1748500 equity shares

Arshiya International Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2008 have allotted 17,48,500 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each against conversion of 3,49,700 warrants of Rs 10/- each.

Further the Company has informed that, the equity shares of the Company have been subdivided from Rs 10/- to Rs 2/- per share and accordingly allotment of equity shares has been made.

The shares have been allotted at a price of Rs 100/- per share (Face value Rs 2/- + Premium Rs 98/-) as per the terms and conditions of issue of warrants.
