VVIP Infratech Limited (BSE: 544219 | Symbol: VVIPIL) today announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) the office of Executive Engineer, Ambala City PHED, Public Health Engineering Department for Construction of 60.00 MLD STP at Devi Nagar on SBR Technology. The project is worth ₹ 104 crore including Two Years for Capex and 11 Years of Operation & Maintenance contract.
The Scope of work includes Construction of 60.00 MLD STP at Devi Nagar on SBR Tech. consisting of MPS, Inlet chamber, Fine screen channel, Grit chambers, SBR basins, Fibre Disc Filters, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinators, COTDM Belt press system, Polyelectrolyte Dosing System, CCTV cameras etc. including supplying and laying chargeable to: Detailed Project Report for Providing sewerage network in recently merged 11 No. villages in MC area, Construction of 2.00 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant at existing STP Nayagaon, Construction of 2.00 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant for village Kanwla and 60.00 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant for Ambala Drain.
This project is funded by Government of Haryana under the budget of Government of Haryana. The Employer for the project is Executive Engineer, Ambala City Public Health Engineering Department.

Order Book
With this LOA, plus ₹ 80.97 crore Bhadoni LOA received in May 2026, the standalone order book stands at ₹ 873.65 crore as on July 30th, 2026, across STP and sewerage, electrical distribution (RDSS) and Jal Jeevan Mission water supply projects - representing 2-3 years of standalone revenue visibility.
Shares of VVIP Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22200 in over 37 trades.
