Tax Expense: Total tax expenses for the quarter stood at ₹6.33 lakh (current tax).

Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Came in at ₹16.01 lakh, down 21.09% YoY compared to ₹20.29 lakh reported in Q1 FY26 and down 92.36% QoQ from ₹209.68 lakh in Q4 FY26.

Other Comprehensive Income (OCI): Totaled a loss of ₹2.24 lakh (net of tax), comprising remeasurement items of negative ₹3.00 lakh and tax adjustments of ₹0.76 lakh.

Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹13.76 lakh, compared to ₹18.01 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹238.74 lakh in Q4 FY26.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS (face value ₹10 per share) stood at ₹0.27 for the quarter, compared to ₹0.35 in Q1 FY26 and ₹3.57 in Q4 FY26.

Paid-Up Equity Share Capital: Remained unchanged at ₹586.94 lakh (face value ₹10 per share).
