Cement Production: Reached 692,914 Metric Tonnes (MT) during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 9% increase compared to the 634,256 MT manufactured in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Cement Dispatches: Advanced by 8%, climbing to 680,547 MT in the first quarter of FY27 up from 628,384 MT tracked during the first quarter of FY26.
Mixed Trends for Cement Particle Boards and RMC Operations
The company's specialized building materials and construction solutions encountered contrasting market dynamics:
Cement Boards: Production for the quarter stood at 11,639 MT, indicating a 33% decline compared to the 17,432 MT produced in the prior year's matching quarter. However, outbound dispatches for cement boards surged strongly by 18%, rising to 13,123 MT from the previous year's level of 11,159 MT.
Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC): The production and sales volumes for the RMC business experienced a contraction, sliding 26% to close at 55,002 Cubic Meters (CuM) relative to the 73,991 CuM achieved in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Hydro Power Energy Update
