APL Apollo Tubes Ltd Q1FY27 Sales Volume at 744,823 Ton

APL Apollo Tubes Limited (APL Apollo), the World's largest branded structural steel tube company, today announced its sales volume for Q1FY27. The Company registered the sales volume of 744,823 Ton in Q1FY27 compared to 794,350 Ton in Q1FY26.

From this quarter onwards, the Company has adopted a revised product segmentation framework to enhance the clarity and relevance of business reporting.

Under the newly streamlined reporting segments, the distribution of APL Apollo's quarterly volumes highlights specific market movements:

APL Apollo Brand: The flagship corporate brand remained the primary volume driver, contributing 568,691 Tonnes to the total quarterly pool. This figure compares with 697,094 Tonnes clocked in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY26) and 640,258 Tonnes recorded in Q1 FY26. For reference, the full-year volume for this segment stood at 2,656,024 Tonnes in FY26.

SG Premium Brand: This high-value segment turned in a sales volume of 58,686 Tonnes for Q1 FY27. This represents a substantial year-on-year surge against the 14,141 Tonnes registered during its introduction phase in Q1 FY26, though it normalized sequentially from the 90,504 Tonnes managed in Q4 FY26. The brand's cumulative volume for the entire fiscal year 2025-26 concluded at 230,862 Tonnes.

UAE Operations: The company's international manufacturing and distribution footprint in the Middle East registered an output dispatch of 25,929 Tonnes in Q1 FY27, adjusting from the 49,835 Tonnes achieved in Q4 FY26 and 48,162 Tonnes tracked in Q1 FY26.

Roofing Products: Demonstrating steady performance, the roofing solutions category recorded 91,516 Tonnes in Q1 FY27. This holds close to the 91,788 Tonnes moved in the prior year's comparative opening quarter and reflects a sequential volume improvement over the 87,447 Tonnes handled in the final quarter of FY26.

The primary quarterly baseline of 744,823 Tonnes sits within a broader history of consistent annual scale expansions for the group. Looking at historical full-year aggregate performances, APL Apollo's total yearly dispatches escalated from 2,618,477 Tonnes in FY24 to 3,157,978 Tonnes in FY25, ultimately scaling to an all-time high of 3,491,243 Tonnes for the full financial year 2025-26.

Shares of APL Apollo Tubes Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1784.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1788.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26147 in over 2596 trades.
