Purple Finance Ltd approves sale of loan portfolio of Rs. 23 crores

The Finance Committee of Purple Finance Limited, at its Meeting held on Monday, June 29, 2026, has approved the sale of a part of the Company's loan portfolio aggregating up to Rs. 23.00 crores under the Direct Assignment route, in terms of the Master Direction - Reserve Bank of India (Transfer of Loan Exposures) Directions, 2021, as amended from time to time.

The Direct Assignment transactions are expected to be income accretive and reaffirm the Company's ability to originate and create a quality loan portfolio. Under these transactions, the participation ratio between the assignees and Purple Finance Limited shall be 90:10. Purple Finance Limited shall continue to act as the servicer for all the loans assigned under these arrangements.
