Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Reports Steady FY26 Results: Annual Revenues Cross Rs. 2,000 Crore Milestone

Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd, a major force in the Indian biscuits sector with its flagship brand 'Cremica' and a leading premium bakery operator under the 'English Oven' banner, has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

The company delivered steady, resilient top-line growth across both domestic and international footprints, successfully crossing the Rs. 2,000 crore annual revenue milestone.

Full-Year Financial Overview (FY26 vs. FY25)

The full-year performance highlights stable demand across Mrs. Bectors' diverse consumer segments, despite balancing fluctuating raw material costs throughout the year:

Revenue from Operations recorded a 9.1% year-on-year increase, rising to Rs. 2,043.6 crore from Rs. 1,873.9 crore in FY25.

Gross Profit grew 6.8% to reach Rs. 923.7 crore compared to Rs. 865.3 crore in the previous fiscal. Gross profit margin for the year remained highly robust at 45.2%.

EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) edged up 2.5% to Rs. 257.7 crore from Rs. 251.5 crore in FY25. The company maintained a healthy double-digit annual EBITDA margin of 12.6%.

Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at Rs. 140.9 crore, adjusting slightly by 1.6% against the Rs. 143.2 crore recorded in FY25, translating to a full-year net profit margin of 6.9%.

Fourth-Quarter Operational Performance (Q4FY26 vs. Q4FY25 / Q3FY26)

The final quarter of the fiscal year showcased steady year-on-year gains, though it experienced expected sequential easing following the peak holiday and festive demand seen in the preceding quarter:

Quarterly Revenue rose 8.9% year-on-year to Rs. 485.9 crore from Rs. 446.1 crore in Q4FY25. Sequentially, revenue modulated down 8.9% from the Rs. 533.3 crore generated during the high-demand third quarter (Q3FY26).

Quarterly Gross Profit reached Rs. 224.2 crore, up 13.5% year-on-year, pushing Q4 gross margins up to an excellent 46.2%-outperforming both the prior year's quarter (44.3%) and the sequential quarter (45.0%).

Quarterly EBITDA grew 11.1% year-on-year to Rs. 61.7 crore. The quarterly EBITDA margin expanded by 20 basis points to finish at 12.7%. Sequentially, EBITDA adjusted by 9.8% from Q3's Rs. 68.4 crore.

Quarterly Net Profit closed at Rs. 35.4 crore, marking a 3.3% increase compared to Rs. 34.3 crore in Q4FY25, and a 7.0% sequential decline from Rs. 38.1 crore in Q3FY26. The Q4 PAT margin settled at 7.3%.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Anoop Bector, Managing Director said, "FY26 marked a landmark year for Mrs. Bectors Food Specialties Ltd. as the Company crossed the INR 2,000 crore revenue milestone, scaling from INR 988 crores in FY22 to INR 2,044 crores in FY26, representing a 20% CAGR over four years, with the Biscuits vertical growing at 20% CAGR and the Bakery vertical at 23% CAGR. For the full year, the Company delivered 9.1% growth, with the Biscuits business growing resiliently at 6.72% and the Bakery business recording a strong 14%.

In Q4 FY26, revenue from operations stood at INR 485.9 crores, reflecting 8.9% YoY growth, with Biscuits at 8.4% and Bakery at 8.5%. EBITDA margin came in at 12.7%, an improvement of 25 basis points over Q4 FY25.

The year navigated a challenging operating environment: tariff uncertainty at the outset, near-term disruptions from the GST 2.0 reform in Q3, and the West Asia conflict weighing on the Biscuits vertical through the second half. In response, we have pursued calibrated price increases and cost efficiency measures under Project IMPACT, with implementation underway from Q1 FY27. The gradual resolution of tariff uncertainty is expected to provide further tailwind and barring the ongoing pressures from the West Asia conflict, we remain hopeful of a stable demand environment underpinned by resilient consumption trends, continued premiumisation, and sustained brand investments."
