Smartlink Holdings Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Smartlink Holdings Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share (100 %) of face value of Rs. 2 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The said Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within 30 days from such approval, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
