BirlaNu Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The board of directors of BirlaNu Limited (formerly HIL Limited) has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15/- (i.e. 150%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration. The date of 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company and record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend will be informed in due course.

Shares of HIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1557.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1640.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 533 in over 134 trades.
