The Board of Directors of Sodhani Capital Ltd have recommended final dividend of Rs 0.50/- Paisa per equity share of Rs 10/-per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 out of the profits of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of shareholder of company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
